I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially the cozy fireplace in the lobby. The soft lighting and comfortable seating made it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests, including us senior people. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior guests was commendable, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the property.
While the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, it would have been even more enjoyable if they could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. As an older traveler, I would have appreciated some assistance with carrying my luggage or navigating the property.

Good view
Too expensive for a small hotel at that low season.

I absolutely love this hotel. Location, location, location ! All rooms face the Titlis Mountain and its a very beautiful view. You actually feel that the mountain is right at your face. Each room has a good balcony, spacious rooms. We stayed in the deluxe room, which has a bath tub in the bedroom, which was quite cool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bus station going to the Titlis cable car station is right outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant is really good for food, especially for vegetarians. They have an excellent cheese fondue restaurant, facing the mountains. And the spa is spectacular ! The view of the mountains from the pool and Jacuzzi is really good. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I am definitely coming back !
The standard rooms are very old. So I would request the hotel to refurbish them.

The guestrooms at Hotel Waldegg were absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in a cozy little retreat, with comfy beds and a relaxing seating area. The pillow menu was a nice touch, and the bathrobes made me feel pampered. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver!
I personally didn't love the safes in the rooms, but that's just me. Others might find them useful for storing valuables.

I really liked the hotel room, spa and restaurant. Everything was of top quality. The restaurant had just been renovated and the food was delicious and of good quality. The spa was very comfortable: not to big and not tiny. Lots of natural light and the possibility to have a tea before going in. They also have a small workout room. Even on Christmas Day, I was able to have a massage. Nice comforts.
Over the busy holiday season, the prices jump to top dollar. We are not on a tight budget but with all of the nice conveniences the hotel has to offer, the price is a bit extravagant. Of course, if you want to be there at the height of the season, you pay for it.

Additionally, the tram was conveniently located nearby, making it effortless to venture into town and explore its charming streets. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, bell staff, and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were even amazed by the grocery shopping service, limousine service, and laundry facilities available. This hotel truly knows how to cater to their guests' every need.

Over the Easter holidays, I had a great experience at a hotel in a fairy-tale location. The hotel was near a quaint town that was perfect for simple walks or explorations. I loved the wellness center and the spa treatments that were available to choose from. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, and I could have spent my entire time just gazing out from the balcony. The hotel’s staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
During the Easter season, the hotel was swarming with tourists who seemed to congregate in the common areas all the time. This cramped atmosphere did not make for an ideal vacation mood, in my opinion.

The stunning mountain view from every room was a highlight of this hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms were also a plus. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was quiet and peaceful, great for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel was situated in a residential area, far from shopping and restaurants. Some guests might find it inconvenient to walk to the town.

Nestled in the mountains, the hotel's location offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The tram is a short walk away, providing easy access to explore the town. Rooms are nicely decorated, with modern bathrooms stocked with toiletries. The breakfast features fresh fruit, croissants, and juices. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The prices can be quite high during peak seasons, which may not be ideal for those on a tight budget.
